one girls guide to a "green" lifestyle.....

and you thought I was going to be discussing being "green". ....

Ha. Ha.

My hubby now considers me a "dork" for getting us all decked out in green for a pic, but I swear, we did go to a party where it would have been rude to show up and not have green on.
{girlfriends.....the skirt is from Old Navy, the button sweater is from Anthro 08'}

and......

my "mother of the year" award is being held till I tell everyone that my baby turned 4 years old 2 weeks ago.

How could I have forgotten to do a post on this.....seriously.

Have a great "green" day. I know I will.

xoxo

I actually groaned when I read your post title (I love the environment but "green" is EVERYWHERE!) and then laughed out loud when I saw the beautiful photo. :) ps--forgetting to blog about a child's bday is better than forgetting the actual birthday when scheduling something. I now write all their bdays in my calendar!!!

Great pic. I'd have to knock my husband out to get him to dress in green for St. Patrick and he's catholic!

He just doesn't respect my ancestry!

Your family looks great in green!! Look at the bright side you didn't forget your son's b-day, just had life be in the way of you post about him...I understand this all too well with 5 kids, wife and business owner. :) I hope he had a great Birthday!!

Happy Birthday 4 year old! We basically have Birthday Month 'round our house - so you're still good to go! Love your "green" family. So trendy, so politically correct...so ... Irish! :) I love the multi-definitions of green these days. Happy St. Patty's day.

LOVE the "green" family pics! It's okay that you forgot to blog about your babies birthday. Heaven knows you got enough to do that would distract you.

caroline was completely beside herself when i informed her first thing this morning that she either wear green or be pinched...told her it was no consequence to me, just trying to explain the deal to her. she was waaaaaaaaaaay out of wack 25 minutes later still staring into the closet. poor thing. guessing she'll cruise through the door in about 11 minutes glad she gave in being completely unpinched

love the expressions on everyone's sweet face

How cute is that photo! We had a hard time finding anything with green on it this morning ourselves. Mental note: purchase more green clothes before next year. Happy Saint Patty's day and thanks for stopping by my blog. :)
