One of my favorite rooms.....really!

Why is it, that the room that we wait to do, should actually be the first to do.

This is my bedroom that i just finished. I am a bedding fanatic (amongst other things), and have gone thru countless sets. Does the bedding look familiar? Yes, you got it, it's from Anthro.

Yup, the pillows also.

See the door next to the bed? That goes to the closet that i showed you a while back. Yup, that closet that i told you would only take a month to do, and of course it'll be another two months.

I did finish painting the closet, but that's about it.

And of course, my repertoire of vintage sheet music comes out to play on my walls. Hubby says i go a little overboard, but hey, it's better than the "U2" poster that i can envision him putting up if it were up to him

I don't know of anyone who does not love old

bottles! I started collecting a few years ago, and

now have quite a collection.

This is just a small sampling, but my

goal is to fill a WHOLE cabinet with them.

A Sneak Peek...

Lola b's will be introducing "The French Flea" within the next few months, exact date to come!
The French Flea, will be in the other side of the house where Lola B's resides, and will consist of mostly furniture, flea market style.
I will be posting pic's as they come in, and I will keep you all informed.

"R" for Restless

I'm getting tired of this dreary Illinois weather. The Winter is so long and I am on my seats edge waiting for a hint of Spring.
With that being said, my new Shabby~Girl letters have made their debut.
Spell out your name, spell out your favorite place, or just do as I did, and spell out "cake" on a display with a bunch of cake stands.

I'm in heaven just thinking of what Spring has to offer here at my petite boudoir,and with the possibility of expansion, or should we do something bigger?
My Grand concept of "The French Flea" is what everybody seems to want.
Have a one time grand event where Lola B's offers " The French Flea", a place of utter excitement over shopping for just shabby girl furniture and french finds in the other side of the first floor?
