I'll never be a photographer....

When i met Sara about a year ago, i had to have the camera that she used for all of her photo's. She has since traveled a long ways with her photography and can now officially call herself a "photographer".

I of course, love all aspects of taking the photo, but have not a clue when it comes to anything related to it. Depth...huh?, aperture......say that again?, contrast.......sorry?

Today, when the juvenile delinquents returned home from school, and were outside playing, I of course assume that they are doing what normal delinquents do, but alas, they were picking flowers for me..........................for me! Look at the colors the camera picked up! Crazy.

Oh, yes, I do have the latest photoshop, but when i pull it up on my screen, do you know what shouts back at me? Wine. That's what. Because i need at least 2 glasses of that before i would even think of being chalenged to tackle it.

I do know for sure, that I love my camera, and the wonderful pictures that come from it, not me.

You're so sweet to me. :) Lovely pictures! You are making progress with that camera of yours, so hang in there! Photoshop is a whole headache of it's own, so drink up and start playing around, and you'll pick that up too, in no time, I'm sure!

Ewww Photoshop...scary! I have been trying to decide whether or not to purchase it, hear lots of good things (and have seen great creations from it) but I haven't a clue which one to buy! Your photos are great, love the corbels with the foliage spilling over the top. Love my camera too...let's me not know anything and they still look good.

Ditto for me with regard to that love/hate relationship with the camera. Every now and then I get a few that make me say "Hey, not too shabby, there chick!" But other than that, I SO wish to "job out" ALL photography! Besides who has time to play photograher AND run a biz AND a household! I'm lucky to get things photographed & up online that I bought MONTHS ago for the store!! :) You just wait -- now that you're officially selling online with the rest of us, you'd better make very good friends with your camera AND Photoshop! And maybe its just me, but I would actually advise you to drink a quad-latte instead of wine when fooling with that bad-boy (Photoshop) -- who knows WHAT the pictures could turn out like otherwise!! ;)
