oh my goodness how i love your blog. i have just spent, what seems like an hour looking through your amazing blog. my children are starving, and the house is a wreck, but i couldn't stop...just read one more post..no, one more. :) anywhoo, just wanted to say hello and that i've added myself as a follower because i too dream of farm houses, dairy barns and chickens. oh, and i also love my knee high socks with my boots! ;) i'm kathi, and it's nice to 'meet' you. happy new year!

I'm so ready for 2010! I've been out of high school 10 years - wow how did that happen to me? Anyway, my goals are to improve the artistic me. I have only been a mother the last four years, well I guess that won't change, but now I'm getting a bit of me back & I love that!
I'm Really Ready ~ Making Changes, I think I have chosen a word to Live by for 2010 "Nourish" Body, Mind & Soul.....

I'm in a transition point and I'm not settled. I should be starting this year with both feet planted on the ground and I'm sure one foot is in the clouds and one is in the ocean.

I'm so ready too! My goal is to slow down and savor every moment...and learn to be patient, really patient.
Whole box of changes!! :o) We are building a new house, fixing up a house to sell, starting over in a completely new community, new friends, new schools for the kiddos ... new life really. Before all that, I'm starting P90X with my neighbor ... finally losing this extra weight and getting in shape!!!
My goals? Cleaner, more organized home; thinner me; play more with my kids .... and not just survive the next year. LIVE it!!! :o)

It's been a long, hard year - what with the stress of caring for my dad and then losing him in September. So for me, in 2010, I'm all about finding joy where I can, and living life joyfully! Part of that process for me will be pushing myself out of my comfort zone creatively and do something new.
