I want to sit in this restaurant. I love to peruse thru flickr and recently came across these most wonderful pictures. All set in Paris in 1962.
I love the hair and the drink she's holding....
I want that skirt and to be standing by a wall of sheet music...... wait a minute.....I have that skirt!
I want my husband to kiss me like that in the car......

I love pictures like these. They remind me to LIVE. And they remind me that even though we are a Mom so much of the time, we're still women and we want the things so appealing to women: Paris, romance, glamour, and sexy drinks at a dark bar with our husbands. I love it!

Another beautiful post. So many of us women forget about the romance of it all when we are moms 24/7. I think that is why I am addicted to art, blogging and anthro. All those flowy skirts, beautiful scenes of just everyday things we can take for granted. The sensual scents of candles. I just try to take it all in and sway with the music of this crazy life. I am married to a soldier, not the most romantic guys in the world. But when I think about it his arms are always around me when I am laughing, crying, feeling sexy or feeling frumpy even when he is miles and miles away. He tells me we still see the same moon. That's my romance. I am a lucky girl:)

Aren't those photos the best!! I also found them on flickr a couple weeks ago and bookmarked them, I just keep going back to look at them everyday. I found them because of 1962, the year I was born. And your photo fits right in with them! :)
