I want to personally thank you for the package you sent yesterday to my Lola
for her birthday.
What a treat it was to have her open the box of.....
um....
err....
dresses.
I can clearly remember reading the books...
'Little house on the prairie'
and
'Annie'.
How very thoughtful of you to hold on to your own daughters dresses
from when they were little girls
some 30 odd years ago....
and with great
thought...
send them to Lola for play.
You are TOO kind!
I love that she won't take the dress off....
and wants to wear it to a birthday party today...
and wants to join a convent....
with all her babies....
so once again.....
I thank you.

Adorable! I had a dress like Lolas' too:) in my twenties.. I think I dressed my girls in the matching dresses too;)
Um, wow. Did she send them meaning for them to be dress-up outfits, or did she send them trying to knock them off as *new* birthday outfits? :)
SOOO CUTE!!!! I remember playing dress up in my grandma's clothes when I was little. We have so many pictures of us thinking we were models in them. LOVE IT!
