and eats......
and shops....
and a girl who loves shoes....
and pretty things......
a girl who loves life....
and most importantly....
a girl who likes to have fun.
seriously...who doesn't need some french sheets? ......and {duh} we all need a spare as well for the guests....
a girl can always use some german glass glitter......in all colors.....for the many crafts and projects that fill our notebooks.....right?...
girl who travels.....needed new shoes.....especially when they happen upon an Anthro that has a shoe department.....even though girl who travels was completely out of cash and since husband of girl who travels took her credit card away.......
she had to rely upon her friend to help her out in a time of need...who also needed a pair of new shoes herself.
hanging with other shop girls...and friends...............
and calling me the tooth fairy is not funny.
dang those french sheets........
all i have to say is that i got the last white skirt.......practically had to grab it out of someone's hands.....once again....
....no comment....
don't know how to quite explain this one.....other than.....
it.was.fun
hanging with other shop girls...and friends...............
and calling me the tooth fairy is not funny.
I realize that i love clothes.....and love the white skirt.....and ...
well......
o.k.......
go ahead...call me a dork.......
but do not send me a wand in the mail....
let me just say the ice cream was good......
real good.....
dang those french sheets........
all i have to say is that i got the last white skirt.......practically had to grab it out of someone's hands.....once again....
i apologize to the nice lady with the permed black high hair with lots and lots of aqua net......
but i just couldn't see you in a skirt like this......
....no comment....
fatty.fatty.chicken.patty.
uhhh.......
yup.....
not cool.
I won't embarrass the FRIEND that gave me that name only because she's sitting next to me eating the
exact.same.thing.
but first i need to head to the gym.........
tell me...does anyone elso go to the gym and just hang out in the
suana and steam room?
certainly..i am not the only one......
Husband did just fine over the weekend......
so did the kids and the in-laws.....
and you girls rock.......
i can't wait to check out all the baby names you suggested....

Love, love, love your shoes. I tried to find them at Anthro, but alas - they were sold out in my size. The agony! Don't you have an "in" with them? I mean - they named those jeans after you - right? ;-)

I wanted to take a moment to steal your nickname from you and perhaps make you breathe a sigh of relief. I just licked cheeto cheese off my fingers to write this comment. Have I won the nickname yet? I have a Snickers next to me. Still no? A diet pepsi will wash it all down...and that my friend is my lunch.

Hello my pretty little tooth fairy!!
Glad you made it home safe and sound... I'm assuming you didn't make the tour bus? It was running when we went out to get in the car...hehe. Soooo glad we we got to reunite!! Fun, Fun!
Ummm...too many more pictures of French things and I will expect you to come bearing me a gift at Kane...seriously. I would have no Christmas money left after that!
So I'll go to sleep on my TJ Maxx 9 million count thread sheets and dream about how soft those French white sheets would have been....on my bed fashioned from old French spools...
Too cute in your little fairy skirt. Looks like a lot of fun. Lovin' the shoes:)
I am loving everything about your trip but your shoes have to be number one with me!
Desperately wanting the French Sheets all for myself and loving the photo of you in the cool shoes and white skirt on the hot motorcycle. You crack me up.
Sounds like you had alot of fun!
Looks like a good time was had by all....I'm soooo envious of your flea markets. We never have them as big as yours and with such wonderful treasures.
Re the Gym....I thought that's what you had at a gym...sauna, steam room, sometimes beauty treatments and, if one is feeling a little energetic a slow swim !!!! XXXX
Love your trip...and your pictures...looks like you had a blast of course!:)...And the shoes are way too cute too!
goodness gracious...between the flickering power & lightning strikes and having everyone homebound during the flood...i FINALLY get on ....geez!

I love how you can rock your little fairy skirt with jeans.
I want to know more about you and the bike.
Oh, and I did send you my address so that you can send me those French sheets you bought for me, right?
P.S. my post is up now.
I think your outfit is great - wear it with pride!! So glad you were able to go and enjoy it this year :)
lots and lots of fun you had!! a little green with envy here.
What a fun trip! It takes going to a different state (in two ways-mentally and physically) to be freed of stereotypes, eat what you want, be silly, take a zillion pictures and own up to all of them! Looks like a wonderful trip! So how much did the skirt run you? It is adorable! I love your freedom to dress the way I think in my head...:)
I do love those sheets. AND, the white skirt!
I adore those new Anthro shoes!
Ack! You are too cool for me. I am so. not. cool. I am old.
You looked adorable, you took fantastic pictures, and it looks like you were at a much cooler place.
Oh and the gym? What's that?? ;)
Wait... I take that back... I was cool for 5 minutes in 1987 :)
You look so darling in that cute skirt! I love that you can still find a way to get the things you want even without a credit card! I'm glad you had a fabulous time.
A girl should always have lots of shoes, lots of really good friends and lots of fun in those really nice shoes.
j'adore ta couronne!!
manon
My sister and I saw you at the fair in your pretty white skirt! We thought you looked so stylish. :) We,too, loved the fair and made a girls' trip of it with our mom. I also have a picture of my reflection in the mirror with the dress form next to it. I plan on posting some of my pictures soon. Thanks for finding my blog!
Great post! Love the skirt, thinking I will have to strip my dress form at the shop of hers so I can wear it with my jeans and Anthro heels...not sure if Thornville is ready for it but I am!
Looks like you girls had another fun evening. I wish these opportunities happened more than once a year!
Thanks Kasey!
Lisa
What a fun post, Kasey. You are such a doll, goofy and witty. Love it! What a perfect little skirt you found. Love the permed black haired aqua net wearing woman bit. lol
Hugs,

very lovely blog with lots of gorgeous photos. Looks like you have FUN! :) Thank you so much for producing such a beautiful blog! I warmly invite you to visit me at any time at my blog!
Hugs, Gwyn
Did you buy any of those french wood spools and the German glitter? Were they from Willow Nest? If so they were here in the NW in August and I got some. They are one of my most favorite people, they live now in Texas, but we have been lucky to have them come back and see us each year. Check out my blog for posting on their show in August, they did two back to back.
