who needs boys anyways..

Did i lose you with the title? I hope not.

I came upon a meeting yesterday......and i guess i didn't get the invite....

I am pretty sure they were discussing world peace or the economy.....but maybe they were discussing something else...like who's going to take care of the baby? Well.....we know who the baby's daddy is....

apparently the daddy got upset and is storming off..........{typical boy like behavior}.....

these girls don't care......they want to figure it out on their own....... {typical girl like behavior}

the decision didn't take very long....and they didn't need the boy after all....

looks like everything turned out o.k.
Did you have a great long weekend, or was it to long? lol
I'm lucky, my kids still have 2 weeks of school left....
What did i do this weekend? I read. I read Twilight, all in one day because i couldn't put it down.....and yes i realize i'm a little behind on the bandwagon with this book. I read it on Saturday then borrowed the second book New Moon yesterday and got half way thru.
I'm hooked.

I have about 100 pages left of New Moon right now! I'm surprised you're reading the first half so fast. I thought the first half was a tad boring, but now...WOW, it's good.

It was a tab bit too busy of a weekend but great! The whole Twilight series is wonderful.... I was a tad behind cause I read it after my daughter read them first! She feels pretty cool that she read such great books before me!

Cute post!Weather was gloomy over my way so the weekend was a bit long. I got on the Twilight bandwagon about a month ago! Just like you I read the book in record time and went on to The New Moon and finished it! Now I'm kinda slowing down..I'm in the middle of The Eclipse!

Love the story...my weekend was too long because my husband had to work most of it. (Who needs boys anyway?). Glad it's over! I've only read the 1st Twilight, so I'll have to get caught up with you! My daughter has read them all (several times).

Oh, those pictures are too cute! My girls just got out of school:) I still haven't read the Twilight series...my daughter has (twice!) and she's been "pestering" me to read the books:)

I'm glad to know that I'm not the only thirty-something mommy who is hooked on books about teenage vampires! I did just what you did...read Twilight in about two days...read New Moon in one loooong night. Picked up the other two and read them in about two days each. Now I'm re-reading all of them. (Got to love a good book the 2nd (or third) time around. ha!) Enjoy!

let's see what did I do??? I think you already know most of it.
Haley keeps telling me to read that series. Ok..OK....today is the day...I think~

I almost picked it up a few weeks back but put it down. I'm not sure I could get into that story, maybe.

This weekend started off busy and ended with lots of relaxing yesterday. We had overnight company on Saturday which was lots of fun. Sunday was shopping and out to eat. A good weekend. My kids have two weeks left of school, can't wait for it to be over. Then by July 1st I'll be ready to send them back.

Aw - cute story!

The series is so addicting, isn't it? I read them last fall in 5 days. Then I reread them a month or so ago. So pathetic. :-)

That's cute!

Oh, and you should just plan on those books taking over your life until you're finished with Breaking Dawn!

See that is why I need a little girl to tell her she doesn't need to RELY on a boy! HA! Cute story...however, I need my boys like I need water or beer, hmm that sounded strange! Hope you had a good weekend! Mine was too short!

the long weekend made me realize something.
I realized that all of my kids must go to full day summer camp.
Perhaps sleep away.
Something.
I will sell everything I own to afford it.
