Lovely photos...i know exactly what you mean. It's been 8 years for US and we want to renew our vows at 10. Something small & private...just us & the kids. Something special to share between us. Go for it...get your "quickie". I have a fabulous SURPRISE on my blog. Check it out!

LOVE those wedding photos, Kasey. Oh, my, I'd love to get married again if I could have that kind of wedding. I keep dreaming one of my kids would like to get married at our farmhouse some day...

To have wedding photos resembling these would be perfection. I wish!

I really loved our wedding...but I would still do it again...to Kelly:-) That is why I had to share those wedding photos recently too...had too. They were so gorgeous! I guess I just need to plan a really pretty girly party!

Who wouldn't want to renew their vows?!

Fabulous photos!! To answer your question...our schools here are a modified traditional. We love Half Moon Bay too..what made you move from Burlingame??

Vana said...

yes i totally agree. Our wedding photography looks so boring compared to this beauty. I have thought about redoing just the photo part.

Farmgirl Paints said...

Wouldn't that be fun. Life's too short to just have one wedding...we should be allowed to recelebrate every 15 years or so:) Love the blue pitcher...beautiful.

Fabulous photos! I need to go check out that site. The hubs and I are re-newing our vows the year after next for our 10 year wedding anniversary. My only problem is that our anniversary is in December and I want to do it in the summer so it can be outside. Hmmm...that will take some thought.

I couldn't agree more - wedding photography is soooo much better now than when we got married (so are the hairsyles, dress styles, shoe styles, etc.) LOVE the pics!

Love every single photo--especially love the lemon wedding. I'm with Vana...my wedding photos look so outdated now-bleh!

Totally agreed! I LOVED my wedding, but there are so many new great ideas.

Maybe we will renew our vows one day and I can try them all out!

I was just chatting with a friend that jsut got married about her gorgeous photos. It cracked me up that they didn't have such cool photography in the mainstream when hubby and I got married. We jsut stood there like cheesy goofballs grinning with all the other goofballs.

I am SO with you! If I had known what I know now 8 and a half years ago, I would have had a gorgeous wedding! But, alas...I don't think there is any way possible to talk that man into another ceremony! LOL! Pictures I may get, though....

I totally agree. After 20 years I think I'm entitled to throw myself the Wedding I want. Great idea!

I feel the same way! Sounds fun...I know my hubs would never go for that. So I plan on living out my dreams through my younger sisters :)

I too have often thought about getting married all over again. Although our wedding was lovely we were only 18 and planned it in like 2 months:) Maybe for our 20th we might need a little soiree;) He will just be getting back from Iraq. I am going to need a pretty party dress!

Oh, I absolutely think you should get remarried. I think we all should.
Wouldn't they all be the most amazing weddings every.
Dont' you wish you knew then what you know now.
Oh yeah, we wouldn't let anybody push us into ugly decorations or so-so food.
It would be wonderful.
Maybe we could start a trend.

Jamie said...

I know exactly what you mean. I love looking at the wedding photography that's out there now. So, if you get remarried, I will be there! :)

These pictures definitely make me want to do it again...Our pictures are so bad! Our wedding was planned only a week or two before we had it in Hawaii and it was just us, the minister, and a "photographer". uh- huh.

Oh, Kasey. I can't tell you how many times I have day-dreamed of what my wedding would be like today. My style has evolved A LOT from 7 years ago. I did love my wedding but if done over would have changed several things. I guess we'll just have to live through our daughters...

p.s. thanks for visiting me. it made my day to have you over. : )
