As you can see the sequence on photos above of lola...
she has three different actions going on.
That is me up above....the first picture is before photoshop....
the second picture...
well...
after photoshop.
What a difference a little photo editing can do.
I have just started playing around with photoshop...
playing i tell you...
because it's going to take some serious time to
become a perfectionist.
Time is something i have....
just not a whole lot of extra time.
This is Fin before {above}
not bad.
Fin after using Milk & honey II actions.
Lola and fin before {above}
now lola and fin using cosmopolitan action.
Flowers before on the left....and after on the right...
using a vintage effect .
Anyways....if you ever wanted to dabble in photoshop....I think you will love these actions and textures.

This would be fantastic if I won. I have been looking at the Florabella sight and really wanted to purchase one of the sets. I've been talking to Faded Prairie who has beautiful pics on her blog and she uses textures from Florabella. I am not a photographer, but love tking pictures. These would make my pics look great. I also love your blog. Visit everyday. It's just right. I loved, loved your barn pictures in the snow....What a great idea. Hoping I win. Wish me luck.....
I'm so far away from this but I'm so interested. Dumb question-can you do this with a small dig. camara-not one of those fancy things? If you can please pick me, if not I hope someone who knows what they are doing win. I want to learn.
Just the mention of Photoshop makes me cover my eyes usually, it just sounds too complicated! But your pics look fabulous so maybe I should investigate further.

absolutely gorgeous photos! I really need to spend more time with photoshop. Like your photo of the roses, photoshop doesn't always need to be used to 'fix' photos, but can be used to change the feeling of them! Your kids are adorable by the way, but you know that already!

My husband is a graphic artist and photographer. He spends hours in Photoshop and to see him at work is just short of amazing. I don't know how he remembers how to get certain effects out of the program, but he remembers it all!
He tried to help teach me and I did a great little piece of artwork, but two weeks later I couldn't remember the techniques to repeat the process!
I, too, would love to get in on the action. I have Photoshop but I know I have only scratched the surface of what it can do!
I really like the effects you get with those sets, but I do not have Photoshop. I am trying to just learn Picasa 3 and then maybe move up to Photoshop. My husband said when I use Picasa 3 enough to warrant buying Photoshop, we will :)

Love the actions applied to your photos, some subtle, some not so much. I'm VERY new to photo editing (usually it's just fix the red eyes!) and experimenting with Photoshop Elements. Will actions work with Elements?

These actions are so great!! I love taking pictures but am not that talented with photoshop. I have been teaching myself since I bought it 2 years ago, and am always learning new things but can never get the pics to look the way you do!!! I LOVE THEM ALL!!
